Currently, the governance role of major DeFi's tokens have lost its original intention because a small number of whales can control voting.
Thus, we decided to limit the amount of voting for the development of the community.
That is say, if you have 1000 MEOW tokens and the value today is set at max voting power of 100, the right to vote will be limited to 100. The current setting value is 0.05% of the Circulating Supply, and the voting power value will vary from day to day.
Our voting system does not work on the block-chain.
This was intended to reflect when users sold tokens after voting.
For example, let's say you had 10 meows at the time you voted, so 10 was recorded as voting power. but if you sell all the meows after you vote, it is reflected in real time, and your voting power is rewritten to zero.
That is, the number of meow you have until the end of the vote is actually reflected. This also means that if you want to reflect your opinion on the vote, you have to hold the meows until the end of the vote.
